Article collection proposals

Here you can submit an idea for a new article collection in Sustainable Energy Research to be considered by the Editor-in-Chief.

Proposed collections should include articles that are linked together through a strong editorial concept and should strive to combine different article types in order to allow for a multi-faceted and in-depth discussion of the topic addressed. They should consider geographical and disciplinary representation of the research, as well as a gender and age composition of the author group.

Article collections should include a guest-editorial that introduces to the subject and the papers. The guest editorial should position the topic in the current themes that support a sustainable approach to energy transformation, including renewable energy, energy efficient systems, and innovative and green systems that contribute to reducing energy poverty and the use of polluting and inefficient energy systems.

Would you be willing to act as a Guest Editor for this collection? This would involve inviting submissions to the collection, inviting reviewers and making decisions on suitability for publication within the submission system.
Should submissions to this collection be open to the public, or by invite only?
